A current custom work waiver form must be filled out and signed if you require snowplowing, grading or other custom work on your property for the 2021-22 year.  The completed form can be returned to the office by mail, fax, email or dropped off in the grey lockbox on the south exterior wall of the municipal office.

Without a signed waiver, RM equipment will not come onto private property.

By returning the form in advance, your name will be placed on our approved custom work list which will allow you to call the shop or office to request custom work.  This ensures your request is processed as soon as possible; otherwise, your custom work will be delayed until the waiver is signed and submitted to the office.

Please remember that custom work is completed when the equipment is in the area and as time permits.  The Maintenance Department has the right of refusal to any project that they feel cannot be completed efficiently or without harm.

At the November 10, 2021 Council Meeting, the grader custom work rate was set at $300.00 per hour with a minimum charge of $50.00 for the first 15 minutes.
